I was looking for a 2-door Jeep Wrangler. I saw one on cars.com, and it was at Novak. I came in to look at it. They always try to sell me something I don't want or a vehicle that is priced higher than I want to pay, and they always pitch to my husband, who is not the buyer. He is there for my support. When I came in, Rodney greeted me with a warm and helpful attitude. He was able to answer all of my questions. He also offered to put the seat heater in (which was a deal breaker). There was no pressure to buy this or any vehicle. Once I decided to purchase the Jeep. Rodney made the process so easy. Mike came out to the showroom to greet my husband and me and offered the seat heater installation for the next day. Greg, the finance guy, was great. He was so kind and helpful with the finances and the different options. I live on the east end of the North Fork of Long Island. It is an hour and a half drive, at a minimum, with no traffic, to Novak. It was definitely worth the trip! The dealership is under roof. Each car / suv/ truck is detailed to a better than showroom condition. Kudos to the Detail Team!! Each vehicle gets more than a look from the mechanics. While roaming through the showroom, with every car for sale lined up by make / model, you will not find any salesman hovering over you. Every car is open and most you can start right up while inside. Once we test drove quite a few we selected our suv and the ease of paperwork was amazing. Our daughter financed and her rate was excellent! We happened to get Gabe in Finance while our daughter had Greg do all the paperwork. Did I mention every vehicle comes with a LIFETIME ENGINE AND POWERTRAIN WARRANTY for FREE? Unreal. They also offer, with absolutely no pressure and extended warranty. We couldn't pass it up as the cost was close to half the cost from new car dealerships!! While cruising the indoor "lot" we met Mike, the General Manager. He gave us the history of Novak Motors and all they stand for. Very impressive with no games, no fees, no hassle. After a searching around a few dealers recently, spending hours at them, only to be left frustrated and tired of the long drawn out round about scripted speeches to cover for the sleazy advertising tactics a hours at them, only to be left frustrated and tired of the long drawn out round about scripted speeches to cover for the sleazy advertising tactics and large hidden fees. We had Novak Motors as a back up and only wish we went there first. We walked into the large indoor show room after 6pm and hassle free browsed around. Scott met up with us and simply guided what we asked to see. No stress, no pressure, but happy to answer any questions. We thought we knew what we wanted but that changed after seeing the large variety of clean detailed vehicles. We compared options on the spot, drove a few, and chose a 2023 sportage. Scott and the team managed to work it out for me take the same day even with my bank closed and handled everything like gentleman. Walked out at 830 with the vehicle. Factory warranty / 1 owner/ Novak lifetime engine transmission warranty. I’ll be back for my next one. More
