They sell lemons and jack up prices. Had problems since second day. Eventually scheduled to have an issue fixed, they had truck for a full week charged ridiculous price for part and labor and didn’t fix th second day. Eventually scheduled to have an issue fixed, they had truck for a full week charged ridiculous price for part and labor and didn’t fix the problem and suggested I have more work done and it would correct issue….. it didn’t. That was a couple months into purchase. Strongly advise not purchasing anything used, watch your numbers with new and go somewhere else for services. More

I recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass from Kunes of Woodstock, and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase! I was driving a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport that had seen better years, and I knew Woodstock, and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase! I was driving a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport that had seen better years, and I knew it was time to find a safer and more reliable car for me and my children. SO I made a spur of the moment decision “I need a new car, ASAP” I made an appointment and went in the next day. I was fortunate enough to be able to have the pleasure of meeting Gabriel Jacquez, and he was super helpful. I went in with the negative thought of “my credit score is probably not good enough”, “what if I need a co signer?” , “ Can I even do this on my own”. The worst they could’ve said was “no”. BUT surprisingly they didn’t say “no” and Gabriel helped/worked with me in purchasing my new beauty! The business and professionalism of not only, Gabriel, but the whole Kunes Crew was Phenomenal. The wait time wasn’t too long and was super reasonable for all the hard work they do in making sure they are putting you in something that you’ll love, something that will be perfect for you, and they truly do work with you and YOUR needs! After the purchase and the day after driving off the lot, I had received a call, email, and text message from them making sure that I was still happy with the car (yes, it had only been a day) but that goes to show you that they do care about their customers, and are willing to keep you happy and willing to help you with whatever concerns you have! I would highly recommend coming/going to Kunes in Woodstock, and I would also highly recommend speaking with Gabriel, or anyone for that matter. Such a friendly environment that makes you feel at ease! If I could give 10 stars I would! More
