I’ve been coming to metro Honda since 2007 and I’d always had a good experience. My last visit was the worst. I had schedule an appointment and I told the lady everything I wanted them to look into on my car had a good experience. My last visit was the worst. I had schedule an appointment and I told the lady everything I wanted them to look into on my car and what needed to be fixed. On 8/31/21 I dropped off my car in around 8am and told the guy that was assisting me the same thing I told the lady over the phone. I asked the guy would my car be done before 3pm bc I need to pickup my kids from school and he said yes. Normally they what give me a courtesy call let me know what else needs to be done to my car and did I want to get those services, not one call from anybody at Honda. In fact I had to call Honda myself to get an update on my vehicle. When I spoke with the guy he told me that nothing was done to my car yet and that he was at the parts store getting parts for my car but he never gave me a courtesy call letting me know what’s going on with my car and how much it would be. So I spent the whole day with no car and no services done from 8AM to 3PM and they did NOTHING for the inconvenience and my time wasted. More

They had me waiting 3 hours to tell me they didn’t have a piece to recalibrate my car .
