Been in the Automotive business since February 2004, that was 6 months after I moved to Chicago from Guatemala. Started as a service porter, after 8 years in the service and parts department decided to move and start selling. Been at Marino CJD since January 2016, I'm a neighbor to the area. Proud parent to 2 boys (11 years and 2 years old), happily married for over 5 years. Avid runner and cyclist. Soccer is my favorite sport to watch and play HALA MADRID!!!!

They were not thorough in checking my ca The rating is for the car dealership/purchase. But my recent experience with the car maintenance wasn’t good. They were not thorough in checking my car, I told him( guy at the reception) that my signal doesn’t work, and if he can check on it. , He automatically told me “ You have to pay $54 extra to change it,” which I think is inappropriately handled by him because they haven’t even checked what my car needs and he’s already wanting to charge me extra.... It looks like he was doing that because my car’s change oil at the time was free due to my previous payment package that I paid for on my other visit. I also told him that they have changed it before and I only needed to change pay for the bulb, but he went on to look in the computer and he said “no, there is no record of it being changed, you need to pay the $54 for service.” I told him that was too much just to replace a bulb, then he said,” you can always go to the cheaper place like ___ and ___” So I told him ,” ok, never mind then “ When I finally got the car, they he gave me a paper, and it had “routine check” but it did not mention that my car signal were not working. So that tells me that my car wasn’t really checked. It is very disappointing..... More

Reluctant Minivan owner! I am a Jeep guy!!! In fact, I have had some kind of jeep product in my garage for my entire life. The last one I owned, a 2016 Jeep Overland purchased I am a Jeep guy!!! In fact, I have had some kind of jeep product in my garage for my entire life. The last one I owned, a 2016 Jeep Overland purchased from Marino, was easily one of the most stress free and regret-less purchases of my life. That's why, when my family situation changed and I was forced to consider abandoning the idea of having a really cool Jeep in the driveway for something far more practical and family oriented, I knew exactly where to go for the purchase. Gabriel and Henry were patient. They let me look at the Durango, even though there was no way I was fitting 2 car seats and 4 passengers comfortably in it! They knew where I needed to be, and they knew I wasn't ready to admit that I knew where I needed to be to. So when Gabriel suggested I just take a quick look at the Pacifica, I figured, "what could it hurt!" Turns out, it didn't hurt at all! No man really wants a minivan! But if you have to have one, the Pacifica is THE ONE! Fully loaded, spacious, safe, the stow and go system is a game changer, the sliding side doors save you from searching the parking lot for a "good" space to take your kids out of the car and it drives like you are on a cloud! I'm not saying this vehicle has convinced me to own a minivan for life, but it has made me feel better about having to wait a few years (until my kids are older) to go back to having a Jeep in the driveway! And when I start the search for my new jeep, I know exactly where I'll get it from! More
