I completely disagree with your accusations me and several people I know have dealt with Schumacher and Michael Doyle personally and he is always there to help and is never rude or disrespectful in any way. We have always gotten amazing deals and over the top customer service. I know for a fact that your statements about homophonic and rudeness towards being gay is incorrect since his brother is gay and he would never treat anyone in a disrespectful manner because of their choice of sexuality. Before you make false statements about someone you should truly understand the person they are. I know Michael would do anything to help you if it was a manufactured issue but to slander someone like this online with false accusations is cowardly. Hope you get your situation resolved with the manufacturer but Michael Doyle doesn’t make the cars he just sells them. More

Review from 2018 Today I drove from the Wellington area to Delray Beach to shop for a 2019 Ram Laramie. I had a great test drive and the sales associate Gabrielle was very knowledgable about the vehicle, t to Delray Beach to shop for a 2019 Ram Laramie. I had a great test drive and the sales associate Gabrielle was very knowledgable about the vehicle, the brand and the features. I fell in love with the vehicle and the brand. That was until the Manager Chris Palmer came over to introduce himself and insult me. I am a disabled veteran injured overseas after serving three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. I wasn’t happy with the price of the vehicle and wanted to get the best deal possible so I decided I would look at other dealerships and keep an open mind. I told Chris after I looked around and made up my mind I would get back in contact with Gabrielle. Chris wasn’t happy about me wanting to look around, so he decided to stoop low and make a comment about my disability. What my disability has to do with making a car sale is beyond me. I find this so disrespectful, very low and will never again step foot in a Schumacher dealership after having bought new vehicles from Schumacher in the past. More
