From start to finish, Selah worked with me to help me get EXACTLY what I was looking for. When I came to him looking for a used car, he and the manager, Gage, worked with me to get me the best deal possible, EXACTLY what I was looking for. When I came to him looking for a used car, he and the manager, Gage, worked with me to get me the best deal possible, and I ended up in a BRAND NEW car. Even after a very long day personally, Selah, Gage and Johnathan in Finance made sure my Mom and I were taken care of and not left waiting for hours on end. I sincerely appreciate their patience (I had VERY specific budget I wanted to stick to) and every step of the way, Selah was patient, communicative and consistent in working with me to ensure I got what I wanted. We bought a certified used car from this dealership about a year and a half ago. The car had issues almost immediately, so I brought it back and asked to return it—only to find out they had already sold my A a year and a half ago. The car had issues almost immediately, so I brought it back and asked to return it—only to find out they had already sold my Audi. I was essentially forced to choose another car off the lot. The only decent SUV at the time was a Telluride, so we went with that. A few months passed without receiving a single bill for the new car, and the dealership ended up having to make the first payment themselves. That should’ve been a red flag. Fast forward to now: we traded the Telluride in and went back to Honda (shoutout to Lute Riley Honda—they’ve never let me down). I submitted a contract cancellation form weeks ago for the extra coverages we purchased so we could get a refund. Since then, I’ve emailed Gage or called to speak to someone in finance at least weekly for over a month with no response. I’ve tried calling several times, but I either get routed in circles or the call just hangs up. I can’t even confirm whether they received my paperwork. I’m writing this review because it’s the only way I can seem to get their attention. The customer service after the sale is nonexistent. They were eager to close the deal, but completely unresponsive when it came time to cancel add-ons and issue a refund. Also—before you buy a Kia, check the insurance rates. We were shocked to find the Telluride cost more to insure than our previous Audi SUV, apparently because of high theft rates for Kias. More

I purchased a new Kia K4 a week or so ago I had some minor scuff marks on the rear hood and I returned the car last Thursday to have that repaired. On Tuesday I had not heard from the dealership so I called and went through several people who could not even find my car and finally ended up speaking with Gage he said he would check into the matter and get back with me within a couple of minutes 2 hours later I had not heard from Gage and drove to the dealership myself only to find that the car had been ready since last Thursday evening and no one called me during that time. I finally spoke to Constantine who got to the bottom of the matter and helped me and was very courteous and very apologetic. I have absolutely no confidence in the dealership from sales to service although Constantine did resolve my issue very reluctant to ever go back to the dealership for service More
