We drove to 3 different locations attempting to buy one - the first 2 cars had undisclosed problems, and the 3rd the car was sold on our way to the dealership (2 hours away!) We felt defeated, but when the perfect car popped up online in Santa Rosa (1 hour away), we called and Paul (the sales manager) and Gage (our sales rep) were super helpful to us over the phone and gave us the confidence to make the drive over. Gage greeted us when we arrived at 9am, and helped us all the way through our first car buying (with a payment) process. Any issues we brought up, he was able to find a solution! It took a few hours but it went super smooth and we couldn't be more happy with our new car :) More

Gage was my sales guy, and he was awesome from start to finish. No pressure, no games — just a straight-up guy who listened to what I wanted and helped me find the right Jeep without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. He was patient, answered all my questions (and I had a lot), and made me feel like he actually cared about getting me into the right vehicle, not just making a sale. If you're looking for a salesperson who's genuine and easy to talk to, ask for Gage. Then there's Rosa in finance. I'll be honest — I was dreading the finance part. But Rosa was a lifesaver. She walked me through everything step by step, made sure I understood what I was signing, and was super transparent about all the numbers. She really went to bat for me to make the financing work, and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me get a deal that fit my budget. She's professional, knowledgeable, and just a really kind person to work with. The whole team at Manly Honda made what could've been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. We were helped by several members of the team who I will also acknowledge individually, Tom Haidet, Gage Smith and Ali Tanbakukchi. Each of them were amazing and they worked so well together! We happily drove off in a brand new CRV Sport L, and it could not have been easier. This was by far the best, no xx car buying experience we have ever had!
