I bought a certified GMC, there were a couple of issues that the service department were not able to take care of under warranty so I called Mike and the used car director immediately took care of my conce that the service department were not able to take care of under warranty so I called Mike and the used car director immediately took care of my concerns with the vehicle. The following day the battery went out I replace it and they just sent me a check yesterday for the battery even though it was not covered under the certified warranty. After 40 years in the car business it’s hard to find dealerships that take this good of care of their customers. Very delightful Mike is a true gem of a car salesman! More
