Customer service was ok until they found out that insurance was involved. Long wait time, to drop off my car(with an appointment!), long wait time for adjuster to give his estimate, car sat there for insurance was involved. Long wait time, to drop off my car(with an appointment!), long wait time for adjuster to give his estimate, car sat there for a week and a half which wasted the time of my rental. long wait time to pick up my car after ending up not having them do the work on my car. Ridiculous price for labor. This place is a joke!!! More

They did a great job with the maintenance of my car, but they needed a part so they kept my car for 4 days. On last day, my rep. was not there but the maintenance manager Jesus called me back and made sure they needed a part so they kept my car for 4 days. Service was fair. The communication with my advisor lacked in many ways. When I went to pick up my car the advisor went to lunch without communicating to me or other advisors resulting in my waiting f lacked in many ways.
