We took the vehicle to the dealer because of two problems, there was missing a oil and the display was going off and on for no reason. At the time of the pickup I find out they forgot to add a oil. problems, there was missing a oil and the display was going off and on for no reason. At the time of the pickup I find out they forgot to add a oil. I do not see anything about the oil in my report, and my display is going off and on again. My service advisor name is Galo, at the beginning was acting very unusual, with unprofessional attitude. Next time we come back I'm expecting that this person not serve us anymore. Otherwise we will report it to the BMW of America. More

this place is horrible they over charge me for my return,first they told me to chnage my front tires ,i change them when i return 4 days after,they charge me for my rare tires and they said your fron return,first they told me to chnage my front tires ,i change them when i return 4 days after,they charge me for my rare tires and they said your front window has a crak ,they charge me $2500 for my return and i was 10,000 miles under,this place is horrible i was going to lease a bmw but i change my mind. More
