I expected better service from Pacific BMW. From the staring point everything was so rushed . Courtesy wasn’t really there from advisor; explanation of all services Were not given. Advisor asked to sign the documents without explaining was was done to the vehicle. They say they changed a tire. When I got my car back, the wheel had all the emergency glue all over, which means they did not care about appearance of my car and the area where they work. More

poor drop-off even worse pick up My drop off time in the morning was 8:45 am. I arrived at 8:35. I didn't get to see a service advisor until 9:05 am.
