Service was In & Out and appreciated the follow up on the added virtual service. Great addition! I also want to know that is it mandatory to give tips to the valet person that gets your vehicle from the s added virtual service. Great addition! Vehicle loaners availability upon request has been really amazing, also they provided me a great support given to the nature of the repair done to one of my vehicles. I'm still impressed and will continue servicing all my bimmers with Pacific BMW Service Center. More

Good regular maintenance work; rattle not fixed Brought 430I convertible to dealer for regular service and a noisy rattle from the driver's side rear panel when top is up. No rattle when top is dow Brought 430I convertible to dealer for regular service and a noisy rattle from the driver's side rear panel when top is up. No rattle when top is down. My car was dropped off on Saturday and picked up on Tuesday - so plenty of time to inspect. The apparent "fix" was to replace a clip for the parking brake. As soon as I drove off, the rattle was still there. A drive around the block would have made that apparent. I did not have time to leave the car again. More

We love coming here and very convenient and close to our neighborhood. We have 4 BMW to be serviced but over the years of coming here the feeling of being rushed and not updated about the service in timely neighborhood. Costly I took my car in for a regularly scheduled service. The estimate was incredibly high, equal to the value of the car. I was not able to have all the r I took my car in for a regularly scheduled service. The estimate was incredibly high, equal to the value of the car. I was not able to have all the recommended repairs performed because it would not make sense to spend the equivalent of the car's worth on repairs. They were willing to work with me but I am still in shock at how much work was recommended and the price. The car is 8 years old with 88,000 miles. I expect a BMW to be more durable. More
