Buying a car is oft a challenging pursuit both in time, money and effort. There is a lot to choose from in the car market-place today and it made such a refreshing change to have phone calls returned, find cars "as described", not being leapt upon as soon as one enters the car lot and a strong sense that your custom is appreciated, a strong willingness to find the car you need and an efficient pro-active approach to ensuring all is well both post sale as well throughout the process as a whole. Their ability to inexpensively, safely and efficiently ship vehicles throughout the US - was an incredible benefit. Purchasing my second hand car from Hyman Brothers was an extremely positive experience. Because I live out of state, a trusted friend found this car and together with Hyman Brothers worked with me so I felt comfortable purchasing it – sight unseen. The car is in great condition for being 7 years old and only had 67,000 miles on it. I felt the price to be fair. Hyman Brothers worked with me to get the title cleared faster than typically normal so I could register my car. Once the car was received I had it checked out by my local auto shop and it was discovered that the radiator was leaking. Hyman Brothers payed for the repair in full. This meant a lot to me and I am most appreciative ! When purchasing the car, I knew that the car only had one set of keys. Hyman Brothers paid for the duplicate key so it was not an issue. I love my new, second hand car. It drives really well and I know I will have it for many years to come ! If I lived in VA, I know that I would have Hyman Brothers service my car as well. I highly recommend Hyman Brothers to purchase a car from. Thank you Hyman Brothers !! : ) More

One of the best things about the dealership and buying experience was the friendliness and warmth of the salesmen. Ray taught me how to drive a manual transmisson for the first time. Great teacher by the way. Also when I was driving the car and looking at it, I never felt any unwanted pressure about purchasing the car. The speed in which the financing aspect of purchase was amazing in my opinion. They located a great credit union in which I got the best possible APR for my credit score.All in all this is a great dealership with great people working there. I would strongly recommend anyone who wants to buy a car to come to this place. More
