I brought my vehicle in for a battery drain issue and was charged for a repair that ultimately did not fix the problem. After the issue continued, it took significant effort on my part to get the dealership charged for a repair that ultimately did not fix the problem. After the issue continued, it took significant effort on my part to get the dealership to acknowledge the repair was misdiagnosed. Communication was slow, and there was strong resistance to issuing a refund, even after their own diagnostics showed the original fix was unrelated. I eventually did receive a refund, but only after escalating the situation and threatening a credit card dispute. The issue itself is now being addressed under warranty, but the process to get there was far more difficult than it should have been. More
