Four puchases, all great. I'm certain there many experiences of purchasing a new automobile. Mine has been comfort and confidence. I have purchased two great CX5's, and lease I'm certain there many experiences of purchasing a new automobile. Mine has been comfort and confidence. I have purchased two great CX5's, and leased two more from Elk Grove Mazda, but more specifically, Garrett Oxnaes. We first met in 2013 when I believe he had just begun working at Elk Grove Mazda and I had not bought a new car in 12 years. I had some natural nervousness entering the experience, but Garrett erased that quickly. His warm personality and close attention to our automobile needs was just what I could hope for. We bought a wonderful car. Eight months later, the car was "T-boned" and totalled. I contacted Garrett immediately and we had a duplicate of that auto in days. I have recently leased from Garrett on two occasions. Again, I was initially uncertain about leasing but careful explanation of the options made the choice rather simple. We loved our first lease so much that we now have our second and it is fantastic. Everyone at Elk Grove Mazda has been warm and professional in our seven years connected with them.
