I went in after doing some research on the Internet for the car I wanted. Friday evening Garrett accommodated to meet me. He went above and beyond since the. Beggining to make me feel comfortable. After we discussed options we went on a test drive. I felt no pressure at all. He answered every question I had. Finance was also extremely helpful and friendly. I Went alone and being a woman sometimes you feel pressured especially when making a big purchase. I absolutely recommend this place. More

Not just him, DeAnnah in finance was an amazing help with financing process, which made the process smooth and easy. Plus the remodel of the building made this an even more of a great feeling, like I was buying a luxury model brand. It's always a pleasure to come to the Elk Grove Madza. Garrett is the very first car salesman that I have enjoyed doing business with. I personally don't like car salespeople, but Garrett is great. This is our family's third vehicle with Garrett and Madza has a faithful customer in our family because of Garrett and how the Elk Grove's customer service is. Vu helped with our finances and was amazing with our toddler. The only criticism I have is the lack of a kid's room. From the mouth of my toddler, "You don't have a play space. You should yell at the owner!". More
