Outstanding Customer Service Gary had been trying to get us to come into the dealer for months. He called my parents explaining to them that he wanted to help them get into a bett Gary had been trying to get us to come into the dealer for months. He called my parents explaining to them that he wanted to help them get into a better deal than what they currently had. Me not having any trust in car dealer representatives I procrastinated and boy was I wrong to do so. The moment I met Gary he realized my guard was up. Immediately he asked me will I trust him to work out the best possible deal for my parents, I was hesitant but I relaxed a little and allowed him to work. Gary showed genuine care and respect for my parents needs and truly went out of his way to find something that would work for them, including staying an hour after his shift to do so. He asked my Dad what exactly was he looking for in a car; to my surprise on his first try Gary pulled up the car that my parents took home that night! By nights end not only did Gary earn my trust and respect, he earned a repeat customer for I myself when soon be in to purchase a car from Gary! Thank you for all your help! More

Best Stinger Buying Experience! I had to write this review to congratulate the staff at Burlington Kia on an experience that was extraordinary. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ga I had to write this review to congratulate the staff at Burlington Kia on an experience that was extraordinary. I had the pleasure of dealing with Gary Abrams and his Sales Manager Melvin. They were extremely accommodating given that I had been to another Dealer who wasted my time with lies and deceit. I already knew the Stinger GT that I wanted and had some expectations for my lease payments. Gary was able to get great lease numbers that I was comfortable with and Melvin came over to "seal the deal" when I had additional questions regarding the lease mileage limitations. This was truly the best experience I ever had when buying a vehicle. I am happy that I listened to my next door neighbor who refereed me to Marcus as he had previously purchased several vehicles from the Dealership and was very happy too. More
