I have been car shopping for about 2 weeks. I went to several different dealers and would spend hours on looking at different cars and paperwork but still wouldn't get approved for a car. On Friday August 3rd I went to Burlington volkswagen and spoke with a salesman there. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price range I was able to pay. He had me there for almost 5 hours trying to get me in a car i did not like and I was still not able to get a car. So my next stop was Burlington Kia around the corner. I want in and was greeted by several salesmen. A guy name Gary took me into his office and and took some basic information. Not only did he listen to what I was looking for but also try to help me find a car that will fit my everyday routine. He engage in conversation and had a good sense of humor as well. I felt like I was being treated more as a person then a sale. He found me a suitable car in my price range and got me approved with the banks in no time. Now I finally have a nice reliable preowned car that I love. More

We came to this Kia dealership (Burlington) after a horrible visit to another Kia dealership (Sussman Kia). They were friendly and professional, especially Gary Abrams. He walked us though everything, step by step, and when the make and model we were there shopping for was not available due to the Memorial Days sales he bent over backwards to finds us an even better deal on a different model. We walked out of there with a great deal on a Forte at the same price as the Rio. It was amazing. The whole staff there was very friendly and stayed well after close to ensure that everything was done properly. We will be driving to this dealership to get our car serviced even though it is farther then other Kia dealers around us, just because of the amazing customer service that Gary and his staff provided for us. More
