I have been going to Burlington Kia since I first obtained my 2008 Kia Amanti. The service and parts department are fantastic, friendly and go out of their way for you. During the time spent at the obtained my 2008 Kia Amanti. The service and parts department are fantastic, friendly and go out of their way for you. During the time spent at the dealership I have come to know most of the people their. The one who stood out was Garry. He is honest, friendly, knowledgeable about his product and down right good man. This past Saturday my husband and I brought in my Amanti for the usual oil change and the next thing I know I have Garry out in the parking lot looking at almost every car, he even gave up one of his appointments to be with me all day. He took me for for test drives and gave me time to famarlize myself with each vehicle. Garry knew our circumstances of our house fire in 12/11 and that we just got back in 1/13 and our money tightness. But between the trade in and working the numbers for the lease we drove out in a new 2013 Sorento all thanks to Garry's patience with us. Garry went far and beyond the usual salesman's task to make this happen for us. Every time I need a car in the future you bet I will go see Garry even though he's not a Steelers fan; but he is good people!!! More

We have been considering a KIA Sorento for about 3 months ~~~ Reading Reviews & speaking with Owners in Parking Lots or where ever we see them. Just last nite I was watching the Australian Tennis Open & KIA is the Major Sponsor with KIA Logos all over the Arena ~~~~ That confirmed my decision that KIA is World-Class. After selecting Burlingtom KIA, somehow I got in contact with Gary Abrams who was just Fantastic in guiding us thru the Sales Process. As you know there is alot of paperwork involved & Gary patiently explained each page so that we understood the complete transaction. I highly Recommend Gary to anyone who is considering a KIA Automobile ~~~~~~ He is patient, caring, professional & truly understands how to relate to a Buyer's Needs. This is the second time I buy a car from Gary and again he showed me why I went back to him in the first place. This gentleman is a gem in this business something that I cannot say from other places. Gary is a warm, knowledgeable, "miracle worker" in what he does. Due to a year of many health and financial changes in my life I thought it was impossible to get a car for my daughter. Gary and his team did the impossible possible for me and I was able to fulfill my daughter's dream. This guy makes an long a tedious process seem like a visit to your best friend. Loved working with Gary Abrams - no pressure, very friendly and comfortable experience. I was looking to trade in my 2007 Nissan Xterra - I loved my car, but my family needed something better on gas, friendly and comfortable experience. I was looking to trade in my 2007 Nissan Xterra - I loved my car, but my family needed something better on gas, with a 3rd row option. We wanted to lower our car payment so we were looking for something in the smaller suv category - we assumed that the only thing we could afford would be the Dodge Journey. My kids and I were on our way to test drive the Journey, when we passed Burlington Kia and decided to stop in to take a quick peek at the Sorento. We met Gary and the kids and I liked him from the start, he just told us a little about the Sorento and then took us out for a test drive. We fell in love with the car - the kids were chanting "Sorento...Sorento...Sorento!!!". In the interest of comparison shopping, we still checked out the Journey and they made me a great offer, I was affraid that I would have to settle for the Journey. I called Gary and told him about the offer, he asked me to come in just to see if they could match it. Well, I went in and he and Dane were able to work out a deal that was even better than I had hoped. They never pressured me and they never made me feel that my requests were out of the question. I would highly recommend Burlington Kia to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More

I just wanted to give a shout out to Gary and Elvin for both being so very helpful and courteous. I really appreciated the customer service. My mom and I came in and Gary stuck with us from 10:30 until w both being so very helpful and courteous. I really appreciated the customer service. My mom and I came in and Gary stuck with us from 10:30 until we bought my Kia Soul at 4:30. I never felt rushed in choosing my vehicle and I was even able to get the color that I liked. Also, I had a pretty set limit on how much I wanted to spend per month with making payments and they worked hard to get me as close to my price as possible. I also wanted to thank Elvin for sticking with us and answering every question and being honest with us. And also an even bigger thank you to Gary for answering every question as well. I also appreciated the fact that if he didn't know the answer, he made sure to get the answer. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and they were very friendly. Sidebar: I frickin love my car!! :) More

My husband and I needed a new family vehicle as we are expecting our first child this coming February! Burlington KIA is the first place we stopped, and we are so glad we did. Gary met us in the parking lot where he greeted my husband and I, along with my parents who came along with us! He asked us what we were looking for in our new vehicle and made sure he showed us every option that he thought we would be interested in. He led us to the vehicle that would be a perfect fit for our growing family - a 2013 KIA Sorrento! He was very easy to talk to, very comfortable to work with and made our experience a very positive one. Excellent customer and after sale service. This dealership promised good but delivered great. Very negotiable and worked with my budget. I visited the dealership on September 12 just to look around and not to make a purchase but ended up driving out with a 2007 Hyundai Sanata that I loved which to date have not given me any trouble. As a first time buyer my Knowledge of cars was limited, Gary Abrams gave me the confident that my choice was excellent for the range of my budget and enlightened me more on the manufacturer and Model. I got my tags earlier than expected and Angel willingly installed them. On the other hand as a first time buyer I would recommend that online research should be done and walk with a list of questions that maybe of concern, obtain or ask to view the carfax before purchasing a use car. I have recommended this dealership to others and will continue to do so. I AM WELL PLEASED!!!!! More
