Our Salesman was Gary Abrams! Gary was very courteous and accommodating. We wanted to trade in our 2017 Kia Optima lease and lease a 2020 Kia Sportage EX but unfortunately we had gone over our miles we and accommodating. We wanted to trade in our 2017 Kia Optima lease and lease a 2020 Kia Sportage EX but unfortunately we had gone over our miles we owed too much and we couldn't afford a large downpayment and the large monthly payment. However Gary didn't want us to get in deeper with our milage overage so he suggested that we could go with a cheaper model of the Sportage or we could pay off our lease to own our vehicle and get out from under the mileage fees so we decided to buy off the lease. Gary also wanted to show me a feature on our 2017 Kia Optima that we never used. We were not aware of the ease of this feature and how helpful this feature was! Throughout this whole process Gary treated us very kindly and although we didn't leave with a new vehicle we left owning our vehicle that we only were going to trade In for a new vehicle because we were over our mileage! I feel that Gary really did his best to help us out! Also the gentleman who handled the finance end of our visit was very nice as well. I",m sorry that I don't remember his name. More
