Great Place to Buy a Car This was the second time in my life that I was ready to go to a dealer alone and find a used car that I would like. Even though my partner of 33 years This was the second time in my life that I was ready to go to a dealer alone and find a used car that I would like. Even though my partner of 33 years (Bob) was willing to come with me I felt very confident that I could make all the arrangements. Gary Abrams was my sales person, I felt no pressure from him to make a quick sale, he explained the details of each car I was considering. He understood how much I loved my Acura Legend that I had owned for 16 years. The used car manager came out without driving my car and said he thought they would give me about 1,500 for my Acura. I was so pleased about that I knew deep down I could run that car for a few more years. I was very tired the night I stopped in so he put no pressure on me when I said I would be back the next day. Next day I got at the dealer at 1:00 pm anxious to continue the process. Gary made it easy to think through all my choices and after several attempts to agree on a deal. I purchased a 2016 Kia Optima EX. Gary paired my phone to the car and did a lengthy demo of all the features. He's a fantastic sales guy I will recommend him to friends who are looking for a car. More

I purchased my first car through him and he hooked me up with the best possible deal. No down payment. Dealership took care of my first car payment. Filled up on a full tank of gas. A great way to end my Birthday month! And an amazing experience which lead me to come back yesterday to purchase my second vehicle. Gary treats all of his customers like gold and their apart of the family. Negotiations were iffy but we were able to figure out a price that would fit my budget. Gave me floor mats for my car which was a nice gesture! Alot of car salesmen needs to take note. Gary is the best of the best Plan on going back and purchasing my next vehicle. Surprisingly successful and helpful! I had previously gotten a really bad loan on my first Kia from another Kia dealer. It left me owing double amount of what my car was worth. I went to several dealers and tried to trade but none were able to get me financed due to such negative equity. I clicked on a advertisement that came into my email and got a call from Gary at Burlington and Kia. I told him my situation and he convinced me to come in. I was thinking it would be a waste of my time but to my surprise Gary Abrams and Joe Mazzafero was able to work a deal out that got me out of the bad loan and into a beautiful new car. For that I am grateful and highly recommend this dealership and go see Gary Abrams. More
