I was a loyal Nissan customer for many years, but after speaking with Gary and the way Gary esplained the value and the benefits of getting a Hyundai, it made my desicion easy I end up making my mind and p speaking with Gary and the way Gary esplained the value and the benefits of getting a Hyundai, it made my desicion easy I end up making my mind and purchase a beautiful Santa Fe. All Gary asked me to do was to give him 30 minutes of my time, and that's all it took. I told Gary what I was looking for and tha's exactly what he had waiting for me. About 15 months ago I leased a 2012 Veloster from this dealership. It was simple easy had no problems with the sales at all. During the year I was promised free opil changes. This is a joke. It took 2 hours for them to do a simple oil change while I waited all morning for the car to be "professionally attended to." I recently had to return looking to downgrade for something a little cheaper per month. This is where the real fun began. I had an appointment set for 11:15 AM to speak with someone about my OPTIONS, not leave with a car. The salesman was very nice and showed me a few different options, took me for a test drive, but was VERY forceful about leasing a new car instead of buying an used car, which would have saved me more money, im sure (But c'mon, hes gotta make commission right?) After being told if I cover the dealership fees, which I was told was 70$, I could lease a 2013 Elantra for 30$ less a month. For me at this point, every dollar counts, so I agreed to the deal. When I sat down with a gentleman named Keith (I cant remember his last name) he told me my payment per month would be 298 a month, meanwhile i was already paying 299 a month. I told him forget it I dont want the deal for 1$ less a month it wasnt worth it, obviously. But he too was very forceful with this deal and "worked his manager down" to 275 a month. So the savings is pretty negligble for the hassle I went through. We shook on 275/month with me just covering the DMV charges that day. Now, another gentleman comes out to fill out all the paperwork yada yada. After signing 15 different papers, he then preceds to tell me I owe 430 dollars...... I flipped. This was not explained in any part of the deal and was never even mentioned until I already signed for the car. What a nice surprise that was for me. Instead of listening to me, the customer, they just want to push new cars on you so they can make their quota along with their commission. Good for them, bad for a buyer! so Heads UP! So I left with the 2013 Elantra after 6 hours of being in the dealership sitting in a chair listening to 3 different people tell me 3 different numbers. On my way home I received a phone call from the dealership/salesman I dealt with, and he explained he forgot to put the registration on the car before I left. Now this is a half hour ride home for me and I was halfway home when he called. I had to turn around, go back to the dealership, wait another half hour while 4 different guys were getting my registration. Finally after putting the registartion on the car, I got to drive home in rushhour traffic on sunrise. Absolutle worst dealership. If your looking to make someone money go here, if you want a friendly customer centered experience, I HIGHLY recommend taking your buissness else where, because these guys WILL screw you over. Don't beleive me, go there and experience it your self. And good luck! More

The friendliness and ability to be attended within 2 minutes was great. I was able to speak with the dealer and he actually listened to what I was looking for and the price I wanted. Gary was assigned to us by the finance mgr. since our original sales person was not in. Gary sat us down at his desk listened to what we were interested in, took us for a ride in the sonata and my daugh original sales person was not in. Gary sat us down at his desk listened to what we were interested in, took us for a ride in the sonata and my daughter was sold. Gary's professionalism was amazing to me, he took the time to explain everything to my daughter Monica. He even came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle! which I thought was over and above what he had to do. He even got discounts for us on the vehicle, which made me very happy after all I'm paying for it! I am definately going to refer people to your dealership. Thank you Gary and Atlantic Hundai More

We went to Atlantic Hyundai as a last ditch effort to try to purchase a Hyundai Santa Fe. (We had a rather disappointing experience at a different Hyundai dealer.) Our thoughts being, if we had another dis to purchase a Hyundai Santa Fe. (We had a rather disappointing experience at a different Hyundai dealer.) Our thoughts being, if we had another disappointing experience at another Hyundai dealer, we would take that as a sign and purchase the Honda CRV (our second choice). Gary Calixte and the management at Atlantic Hyundai were both fair and honest with regards to the cost of the vehicle and the AAA Auto Buying Program . As such, we settled on a vehicle, a fair price and closed the deal rather quickly. Thank you Gary, Chris and Percy for helping us purchase our new Hyundai Santa Fe. More

This was our first time leasing. After we had picked out the new car, did a ton of paperwork , traded in another car , and basically spent all day on this, we were told to fork over another $2600 in fees. the new car, did a ton of paperwork , traded in another car , and basically spent all day on this, we were told to fork over another $2600 in fees. We were never told this. Gary blamed Frank and Frank blamed Gary. They should have at least given us an estimate. Frank claimed he told us all about the fees. He did not there were three of us there and none of us heard this. Sorry, I need better communication with people I do business with. For this reason, I will nor recommend this dealership. More
