When the “free” 18 point inspection was performed, your technician did not reinstall the air filter correctly. The outer gasket was doubled over. Fortunately I decided to replace the air filter and change technician did not reinstall the air filter correctly. The outer gasket was doubled over. Also broke two of the push grommets that hold the fresh air intake down to the radiator support in an attempt to replace the air filter hold down clamp. More
