The Best Chrysler Dealership on the East Coast! To Prospective Customers !! This is the best Dealership I have ever been to!! Seriously, the service department team is incredible! I can't say enou To Prospective Customers !! This is the best Dealership I have ever been to!! Seriously, the service department team is incredible! I can't say enough good things about them but I will try! First off, their service department is open till 9 PM Monday till Friday and Saturdays 9-6 !! No other dealer does that!! They are not just open with a skeleton staff, they actually work on everything till 9pm and till 6pm on Saturday. They win on that alone, however, I can't tell the difference between their service team members - because they all equally treat me great! They take their time in understanding and listening any problem or concern I have and go out of their way to make sure that I am satisfied with the quality of their service. These guys know customer service and there is never a problem! Before I found David Dodge, I broke down on a Friday afternoon in Springfield PA - just 2 blocks away from another Chrysler Dealership - That dealer said they couldn't help me and suggested that I have my car towed home until they could fit me in in about two or three weeks, without a rental - WOW Really? I called around and found David Dodge, and have been going there ever since. Their service writer, Dave Zarzycki, told me to have my car towed there and gave me a rental free of charge on the spot for the duration - while they were waiting to fit me in, and while they were replacing my alternator under warranty waiting for the part- no fuss no problem! They gave me a brand new Chrysler 200 to drive and try out while my 3oo was there for service!! ( I may have to buy one someday! ) They got my car in on Monday to check it out and had it ready by Thursday. Not two weeks!!! They washed it and cleaned it for me for free. Ever since then they have earned my business. I pass three other Chrysler dealerships on the way to David Dodge, and I don't mind a bit! David Dodge always has rental cars available for their customers and I haven't been charged once, no matter what the reason for service! Routine maintenance, late drop off - no problem. They never blow me off and they are courteous and responsive. Their mechanics are all very well trained, knowledgeable and willing to go out on test drives to listen to noises or any complaints you have. Their mechanic Don is great - a master mechanic, with years and years of experience, who really takes the time needed to do a great job. Jared is another great mechanic who listens, pays attention to details, and is great diagnosing road noises, customer complaints and resolving them. No one there ever tries to get you to buy service that is not needed. In fact I was there for routine service and their service writers Dave, Scott, Wayne, Shann, etc.. all work together and try their best to get you the best price for service possible. They are competitive with other dealers and will beat any other dealer's price for service. In fact they have found coupons for me to use online that I was unaware of, saving me tons of money on routine service. The car is great too, nothing ever really wrong but I make sure the fluids are changed regularly, brakes serviced, etc.., at the proper intervals. I love that car and David helps me take great care of it. I mentioned coupons, because David honors all Mopar coupons from the Mopar website without question. Waiting for your car to be ready is also a pleasure - three giant TV Screens - great snacks, refreshments, fresh hot coffee from Wawa, hot chocolate, Wifi, leather couches, outlets for plugging in your laptop, or charging your phone! The sales team is also just as great, friendly and knowledgeable. Their sales team gets an "A" for product knowledge. I spoke to Jason Finley, the used car manager that was willing to give me top dollar for my car on a trade in - not for a while hopefully, but when it is time - I am buying here!! By the way, thank you for the Philly Car Show Tickets! Let's face it - once you buy a car ( at a great deal from their dealership, I might add), the experience that their customers have determine ALL repeat sales, make no mistake. This dealership and all the people that work there form a great team that are driven to have satisfied repeat customers. They bend over backwards to earn your business!! Even the paperwork process went smoothly. David Dodge has very experienced and friendly people who make the experience of buying a vehicle a very pleasant and not overwhelming experience. I had seen the vehicle I purchased at the Auto Show and it fits all of my expectations. More

Gary listen to my store on how wanting to upgrade from a Jeep Grand cherokee larado to Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited came about. I told him how I did not want to waste anyone time if they could not get the price of the switch with no money down because I put that money into college. I was not looking at the time until another deanship spark my interest but could not deliver on what I wanted. Well Gary did that he listen and work very hard to get me into my new car. He was fun to work with made me laugh many of times with cool stories. would I come back to David dealer ship again ? the answer is yes, if they have more guys and woman with the patients , and determination to make things happen for you, yes. and when I do come back, trust me I will. Trade in and bought a new car I traded in my caravan that needed extensive repairs. I was able to get a new jeep Cherokee latitude.
