Gary was great!! Low pressure sales, was able to ask and get all my questions answered without hassle. Finance guy was very friendly too and he gave me plenty of time to consider each aspect of the purchase get all my questions answered without hassle. So, I came looking for a replacement for my last jeep. Ended up working with Gary on it. I made it clear from the start, "I've lost patience with this whole drawn-out "sales experience" thing, I know what Ended up working with Gary on it. I made it clear from the start, "I've lost patience with this whole drawn-out "sales experience" thing, I know what I'm here for, ( a particular high-end Grand Cherokee ) question is can you put something together that ends with me driving away in that thing today at a price I can manage." Long story short? I ended up driving away in that thing, that day, at a price I can manage. I got full trade-in value on my old Jeep, Gary was quite patient with my periods of indecision while I walked away for a bit to consult my automotive advisors, and I gotta admit, driving this thing puts a huge smile on my face every time I fire it up. I expect this thing to last, but when it eventually comes time to replace it, I'll be back. Two thumbs up. More
