Gary DeStefano is the most friendly sales person I have ever worked with in making a major purchase. He took the time to listen and understand what I wanted and did everything possible to make it happen, ever worked with in making a major purchase. Gary did a great job during the entire process of buying my new VW Jetta TDI. Even when there was some problems with the dashlight he was there the entire time for support. My wife and I recently bought our daughter (Charlotte) a new Volkswagen Jetta as a college graduation gift. We looked for several weeks trying to find the color combination that she wanted (white with blac new Volkswagen Jetta as a college graduation gift. We looked for several weeks trying to find the color combination that she wanted (white with black interior). We had given up and told Charlotte she would have to settle for a black car when Gary called on a Monday afternoon and told us a white one had just arrived. We went down that night. We went after work and the dealership is an hour away but Gary told us not to worry - they would wait for us. When we arrived the service was spectacular. There was no pushy back and forth salesman to manager conversations just straight up fantastic customer service. Gary took us in and got everything situated. Kim took care of the financing from Volkswagen - we got a great rate. We kept the fact that we had actually found the color combination Charlotte wanted a secret; Gary and Kim were in on that too. When she picked up her (white) car at the front door Charlotte was ecstatic; hugs all round! We've bought several from various dealerships both in the US and in Europe. This was by far our best car-buying experience. From the efficiency to the personal touch that helped us spring the surprise . . . these guys were great.
