After 25 years and many titles at Holm Automotive, I want nothing more than to have the opportunity to serve you at Holm's for another 25 years. Currently, I am the Fixed Operations Director, which gives me the opportunity to help fine tune the Service Dept., Collision Center and Parts Dept. I have the opportunity to serve on the General Advisory Council for Manhattan Area Technical School, helping prepare the next generation of Automotive Professionals. My family, 5 kids and 2 grandkids, my wonderful wife Pam and my love of restoring and racing cars fills my free time. Take the time to get to know us at Holm Automotive, you'll be glad you did.

No one is trying to rip anyone off. We may be wrong, we may have misdiagnosed the issues and I am told by Jamie Avers who I believe worked with you that he made several offers to assist. I know Jamie did not diagnose the issue and is only relaying what the technician told him so it may look as if we are trying to rip you off, but I can assure we aren't trying to do so. We may have a technician who has used some poor judgement or misunderstands the issues involved in a proper repair and that is why I am interested in knowing more about your situation. I would like to have one of our other technicians look at it and give me their opinion. We may be in the wrong, but no one is trying to consciously rip you or anyone else off.

Took car there to get my AC worked on and the frist time told me it was a fitting fixed it and one day later quit working went back and then they told me it was a hose 45 minutes later they told my it was the compressor which would cost over 2000 dollars to fix. The funny thing is it is now working with out a new compressor, can't just start working with out freon added which I was told it was leaking at the compressor which is why I needed on. The only way that works is if they tryed to rip no off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Third time is not a charm dealing with Holme Automotive, tryed to ripe me off again. Took car there because the ac was making noise this time he told me it was the ac compressor but need to replace the belt to, Wich if you look on line it says the belt was cousing the noise. They just can't admit to being wrong again. Don't take your car there unless you have 2500 dollars to spend they will try to get you to buy a part you don't need to make a buck
