After 25 years and many titles at Holm Automotive, I want nothing more than to have the opportunity to serve you at Holm's for another 25 years. Currently, I am the Fixed Operations Director, which gives me the opportunity to help fine tune the Service Dept., Collision Center and Parts Dept. I have the opportunity to serve on the General Advisory Council for Manhattan Area Technical School, helping prepare the next generation of Automotive Professionals. Corey provided excellent financial assistance during the entire process. Andy and Dede in the body shop are very helpful and accommodating when my vehicle needed service. Everyone we came in contact with were absolutely professional and offered help in any way possible. Holm automotive is by far an outstanding car dealership. My husband and I plan to never car shop anywhere else. More

I came in after making an appointment for work to be done on my 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue. Chuck was very good at listening to what I perceived as the concern for the appointment, and was very positive in ma on my 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue. Chuck was very good at listening to what I perceived as the concern for the appointment, and was very positive in making me feel comfortable that it would and could be resolved in a positive manner. When I arrived I was greeted and the process for resolving my issue was instituted. My vehicle was repaired, and I was informed of any changes that needed to be made that I had not been informed of before due to it not being found until it was worked on. I appreciated the professionalism that was conducted during my visit and the quality of work performed. I was also given an estimate of the cost after it was discovered what the issue(s) was that needed to be corrected and asked what I wanted to do. It was nice to be asked for input and not having any surprises as to what the cost would be to me. That is the reason I continue to repeat as a customer from 28 miles away, and why I have them do all of my service work on my vehicle. A trust relationship, I feel, has been established between us and their honesty with me has never been questioned by me. That is why I do business with them. I went to Holms with my pickup,and discussed putting a new set of tires on . Chuck Loader set me up a time and they had my tires on, had to replace 2,low air sensors on the tires. I drove the for day or s new set of tires on . Chuck Loader set me up a time and they had my tires on, had to replace 2,low air sensors on the tires. I drove the for day or so but low tire light would not stay off. Chuck called a near by Dodge dealer and set up a time for me to take it there ,to check the sensors. They had to be replaced with Dodge senors.Chuck had to do alot of calling and other paper work ,and dealing with the other sensors from the other dealership,and returning the ones they had put in.When all was said and done,My truck rode super on the new tires and i got a great price on them.Two or three weeks later i reciecved a check in the mail for the difference in the price of the sensors.I thought Chuck treated me great . I got a great deal on my pickup tires.A month or so later i called service and Jamie Avers worked with me on a set of tires for my car. I got a great deal on tem as well. I had problems with 2 the tires being defective.I had one blowout,they replaced it ,and i had another blowout, maybe 6 miles north of Holms. I called and told them what had happened and about 20/30 minutes they brought me a tire and followed me to Holms.Within a few minutes Gary Hassselman had looked at the tires and with Jamie,and Kit they took my car in and put 4 new tires on my car. There is alot more to my bad luck story but when you have bad luck like mine,You could not ask for or find A better group of Guy and Girls to help you out with fast and great service like Tim Holms Auto and the service Tech,s with Gary Hassleman. More

There were two reasons I returned to purchase a vehicle. Ross is a sales man who is easy to visit with. He has kept be posted for over a year now on various vehicles and never tried to pressure me into a sa Ross is a sales man who is easy to visit with. He has kept be posted for over a year now on various vehicles and never tried to pressure me into a sale. Very professional. Also, I met Tim the owner and watched him walk though the dealership. I appreciate the owner visiting with me. The other reasons are Jamie and Brian who do an excellent job of getting my vehicles fixed to include my Ford. They communicate well and advised me of the needed repairs and what the cost was going to be. They also completed all repairs in a very timely matter. I had arranged financing before coming to the dealer. However, Pat beat that rate and was able to handle the compete deal in house. Thanks for the great service. I will recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I have used Holm Automotive for 3 car purchases none of them were brand new cars but used cars. Since I drive 20 miles one way to work one of the questions that I always ask them is " Is this vehicle depen them were brand new cars but used cars. Since I drive 20 miles one way to work one of the questions that I always ask them is " Is this vehicle dependable?" Each time Hunter has assured me that it was a dependable vehicle and if it had any problems that they would take care of it. The first time that I had any dealings with Holm's was I had bought a used vehicle from another dealer that had also assured me the vehicle was dependable and as luck would have it it started having problems right from the start. I kept taking it back to the other dealer and they kept fixing it but it still was having problems and the other dealer would not stand good on any of the warranty work which I had to pay for. One morning as I was on my way to work at 5:00 am the vehicle broke down along the highway. My husband was out of town at this time and I had to wait for at least 45 minutes for a tow truck, so as I sat there waiting an old 80's model pickup pulled up behind me and a man in his late30's to early 40's came up to the drivers side window. This man was very filthy looking and smelled of alcohol and filth. I cracked the window and he asked If I needed any help. As I was telling him that my husband was on the way a state trooper pulled up behind his truck as the man turned to see what was pulling up behind his truck and relizing that it was a policeman he ran back to his truck and sped off. I was very thankful that the state trooper showed up when he did and he waited with me until the tow truck came for my vehicle. After that my husband traded that vehicle with the wonderful people at Holm's. The vehicle that we traded for was a wonderful vehicle that had over 200,000 miles on it when we traded it for another vehicle. My husband is now deceased, and the man that I am engaged to now is a Ford man but after he saw the way the people at Holm's treated me when I traded my vehicle for another vehicle he was so impressed that he is now thinking about trading his Ford for a Chevy with Holms Automotive. More
