Service Department I would highly recommend this dealership especially their Service Department. Terrible experience My family has a Dodge Durango purchased from Gastonia Dodge with a Zurich extended warranty. We took it in for a noise coming from the A/C and lowere My family has a Dodge Durango purchased from Gastonia Dodge with a Zurich extended warranty. We took it in for a noise coming from the A/C and lowered A/C performance a month before the extended warranty ran out of time. They could not find the problem and we took it home. Shortly after the A/C cooled only intermittently and then pretty much quit. We contacted the dealer shortly after this but it was a couple of weeks before we could get it back in. We took it in on a Monday and they didn't even look at it until several days later despite leaving messages for them to call us. Now Zurich says they are refusing to pay because the warranty expired. The service department was not even familiar with the Zurich warranties although they sold them 5 years ago and still sell them. We are going to cancel our other Zurich warranty and have our work performed at another dealership. We had been looking at a new Ram truck there but not any more. More

Great hassle free service! I brought my 2018 Ram 2500 in for a recall issue. Diagnostic tests Great service.. My engine light was on and I had so many codes I thought the worse they properly diagnosed it to a minor problem and fixed it.. I thou Great service.. Great Customer Service! I had an unexpected need for repair and had to drop my vehicle off unexpectedly on a Sunday night. First thing on Monday morning Gary contacted me to I had an unexpected need for repair and had to drop my vehicle off unexpectedly on a Sunday night. First thing on Monday morning Gary contacted me to follow up on the details of the event leading to my Jeep Wrangler being there for service. He stayed in contact with me regularly to provide updates throughout the time of service and walked me out to my vehicle when I came to pick it up. He was very personable and professional throughout the experience. A huge thanks goes to Gary & the service technicians who worked on my Jeep! More
