Payne for one of the most painless buying experiences I've ever had. I had viewed your inventory online. I then expressed my interest in one of the Ram 1500s you listed on your website via your easy to use online interest apps, and was contacted by Eddie within just a few minutes. I replied to him that I was bringing my Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change the following day and would look him up. Shortly thereafter we test drove the vehicle I looked at and quickly agreed on a deal. After a few minutes with Ms. Payne I was on my way home with my new truck! Thanks again to your staff for a great buying experience. By the way, my experience with your service staff was pretty painless as well! More

After the Gastonia team performed a lengthy search with no results on my preferred color, interior selection and option package. I had chatted with Gerald Morrison on the website. He was very helpful in every aspect, even suggesting that I special order a vehicle. So, I made a visit to the dealership and spoke with Gerald in person. He helped me make the decision to not special order, since I might miss out on some of the incentives that are currently being offered. He is the total package! Great personality, super work ethic, great family man and so easy to talk to. The man knows the product he is selling. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to visit Gerald Morrison at Gastonia RAM. He will take care of all the details and make your experience of buying a new vehicle a smooth ride. Michael Todd provided all the numbers to make the deal a success. He was instrumental in getting me in my new Longhorn for an extended period, even got to keep it overnight. So easy to work with and makes you very comfortable. Usually the finance side of the purchase is the most painful, but not this time. I worked with James McElroy, he was very prepared with all the documents printed, highlighted and ready to be signed. He walked me through the finance process better than anyone in the past. He is a very good asset for this dealership. They always go above and beyond to be helpful I worked with James McElroy to extend my warranty on my Chrysler 300 and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent dealer service! I had what I consider to be a serious problem with the steering on my 2016 Ram 3500. There was also two recall campaigns on my vehicle. I called servi I had what I consider to be a serious problem with the steering on my 2016 Ram 3500. There was also two recall campaigns on my vehicle. I called service and talked with service advisor Gary. He advised that there were no appointments available but to bring my vehicle anyway and that he would work it in. I carried it in first thing in the morning. Gary has ensured that the parts were on hand. By mid afternoon, he called to inform me that all issues had been taken care of and that they had been able to change the oil and replace the fuel filters. This by far exceeded my expectations and demonstrates excellence in customer service. My truck will not go anywhere else for service. Highly recommended! Also, they noticed moisture in my headlight assembly and ordered it and was put on a few days later! Tim McGhee More

Helpful My vehicle was towed in & Gary took care of it. He gave me advance notice about how busy they were & that they may not finish my vehicle until Thurs. My vehicle was towed in & Gary took care of it. He gave me advance notice about how busy they were & that they may not finish my vehicle until Thurs. With that notice, I was able to make plans accordingly. He kept me notified of the progress. I didn't have to keep calling them. Great experience! More

Best service department! I actually don't mind going in for service at this dealership. Great staff, clean waiting room, etc. Gary is my Service Writer usually and he is fan I actually don't mind going in for service at this dealership. Great staff, clean waiting room, etc. Gary is my Service Writer usually and he is fantastic. Everyone in there is so helpful and make you feel welcome. Gary always keeps me informed of progress if I'm waiting or have left my car. More

Service is overpriced, inadequate, and very slow. I had to have my vehicle towed to dealer for repair. I had no other vehicle to drive at this time. It took weeks to diagnose and repair my vehicle. Pa I had to have my vehicle towed to dealer for repair. I had no other vehicle to drive at this time. It took weeks to diagnose and repair my vehicle. Parts were lost and had to be reordered, parts were not installed that were supplied. Labor cost is overpriced and online programs are used to charge labor instead of you being charged the actual time of service. I had heard bad things about this service department but had no choice since this was where I had to have my vehicle towed. Originally I got a price of $2700.00 for the repair that should have cost somewhere around $1200 to $1500 from getting prices at other repair facilities. After discussion and ordering my own superior aftermarket parts I got it down to approximately $1700 and now I either have to install the left off parts or pay to have them installed which will add more cost to this repair. I do not recommend this facility and I hope to never have to use them again. More
