I have used Jones for nearly 20 years. I have purchased two personal and two corporate vehicles from them, and always use them for service. I went to Jones to find a new dealer to service my vehicle as Thompson Jeep was the worst service dept i had ever delt with. From the moment i set foot into the service dept until the moment i drove away with my vehicle i was constantly updated and informed of everyhting that was to be done with my vehicle. Gary went above and beyond to make sure i was comletely satisfied in every step of the process.
