4 visits and several issue still exist. Car was leaking water I was told it was fix. And it’s still leaking water. I brought it in also because is the brakes squeaking. As they pull the car around to tell me the issue was fix, you can hear the car squeaking and they tried to tell me the car was good. Service department has poor communication to the customer. Terrible. I would never buy from here again. More

We purchased a Bolt EV from this dealership. Our initial contact was by phone. In that conversation we spoke to Tom who confirmed they had a Bolt on the lot. Horrible experience with this dealer all around. First sale associate treated me and my husband worse than as if we crawled out of a sewer. Manager got us another sales person. He was better but the First sale associate treated me and my husband worse than as if we crawled out of a sewer. Manager got us another sales person. He was better but the deal was already pretty much worked out before getting to him. If it wasn't the car I fell in love with I would of just WALKED away. Maybe I should have. I've never been treated so terrible before...especially when coming in to buy a major purchase. Never notified me my plates came in until I called 3 days before the temps expired to figure out where they were. More
