I decided to try Hawthorne since I used them for service. Going forward, I won’t buy a car anywhere else. Mind you, this is probably about the 23rd car transaction I have had. Gary, my salesman, was a gentlemen in every regard. Patient, understanding, listened to what I wanted (rather than what he wanted to sell me), and most important, he was upfront and honest. I didn’t get any of the typical sales talk and none of the typical back and forth when it came to pricing. His very first number was lower than other dealerships. There was no back and forth with “the sales manager”... no nonsense and no pressure. We closed a deal within a very short time and I returned for my new Tahoe the next day. John in the Parts Dept knew everything about the truck and the accessories to order. His knowledge about the GM/Chevy product line was incredible. He was polite, a true gentlemen, and a pleasure to deal with. Bottom line...the sales, service, and parts staff are second to none. I had an incredible experience and I highly recommend Hawthorne. I won’t buy or service cars anywhere else in the future. More
