Great place, none of the BS hidden fees either Bought a CPO 5spd focus from Gary Noffsinger. Had a great experience, and was very happy to not see all the hidden fees most dealers try and gouge you Bought a CPO 5spd focus from Gary Noffsinger. Had a great experience, and was very happy to not see all the hidden fees most dealers try and gouge you with (vin etching, prep fee, stupid blinking brake light module etc). Just straight forward people. They low balled me on my trade at first, but we settled on a fair price for it. Car needed a couple minor things, and service dept got those squared away for me one day this week (ac serviced, washer fluid cap was missing, and a second key cut/programmed). I would def recommend, and buy here again. More

What Nick said, is what I Got! I was looking for a vehicle capable of pulling a boat. I wanted something affordable (cheap) and reliable. I reviewed the used vehicles Nick Nichol I was looking for a vehicle capable of pulling a boat. I wanted something affordable (cheap) and reliable. I reviewed the used vehicles Nick Nicholas had and was interested by a Ford Expedition. The web page had the price just under $10,000, which was the cheapest vehicle in their inventory. When I took the car for a test drive I asked the sales manager to give me a drive-out price to include sales tax, registration and other charges. I returned from the test drive and asked for the drive-out price. I was shocked when the price was lower than the original price. Needless to say, I said DEAL! More

Exceptional Customer Service My Wife decided she couldn't see very well when driving our Lincoln Town Car and she would like to try a mid size SUV. She thought the added height w My Wife decided she couldn't see very well when driving our Lincoln Town Car and she would like to try a mid size SUV. She thought the added height would help her see the road better So weand also make it easier for her to get in and out of parking spots. So we had received an offer from Nick Nicholas Ford in the mail and I called Ana Sims, one of the Sales Reps. for the dealer. I had bought a vehicle from her previously and I was extremely pleased with her service and follow up. I made an appointment with her and at the last minute had to cancel it. I called and made an appointment for the next day and went to the dealership at the appointment time and after a short wait she came out from her office and greeted my wife and I with a big smile and hug. She apologized for the wait and explained that she had a customer and if we desired we could work with her partner Sales Associate Gary Noffsinger as expeditiously as possible due to some other staff being short handed. But Gary was very good for us to work with and we took a couple of test drives in two different Ford Edges and my wife decided she wanted the Titanium model. As the saying goes "a happy wife is a happy life"!!! So we traded the Lincoln Town Car for the Ford Edge Titanium. Needless to say we are thrilled with the new car and we shall continue doing business with Nick Nicholas Ford in Inverness for all our automobile business. Contrary to popular opinions about car sales people working with Ana and Gary was trouble free and without any hiccups Gary and Ana we thank you for your wonderful service and follow up. Sincerely, George and Rosemary Van Teslaar. More
