Garry Phillips was very helpful with thorough detailed explanations of what could be done to solve an intermittent problem. The issue cannot be resolved economically here but he assured me that, based on explanations of what could be done to solve an intermittent problem. Great customer service. I was having a problem with my steering so I took it in. Gary Phillips was my service advisor and once the problem was diagnosed, he called me and I was having a problem with my steering so I took it in. Gary Phillips was my service advisor and once the problem was diagnosed, he called me and my husband to explain the rather expensive to fix problem. Then he called the company our extended warranty was with to see it the part was covered. He then called us back to confirm it was covered. All these phone calls took time out of his already full schedule. When I picked up the car, he thoroughly covered everything that had been done. As always, Crown Honda was top notch. More

Good experience with tire repair and battery replacement, but they didn’t reset the radio afterwards. We tried all of the directions in the owners manual and suggestions on the Internet, but no luck. Since a but they didn’t reset the radio afterwards. We tried all of the directions in the owners manual and suggestions on the Internet, but no luck. Since an interruption in power renders the radio useless until it is reset, we now have to make a second trip back to the dealership to get the issue resolved. This reset should have been done automatically by the dealer so it didn’t require a second visit. More
