He was friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely took an interest in my situation. His communication was clear, he knew his stuff, and he made sure I always felt taken care of.
Due to the actions of the oil change place, it was a frustrating and difficult experience, but Gary made it better. He kept me updated the whole way through and really made the process easier to handle. Gary and the Audi team, including Taryn, were all fantastic—helpful, professional, and easy to work with.
