The appointment was scheduled for “about an hour” when I arrived I was told that it would take up to two hours and offered an Uber to go do something instead of waiting there. I was told that I could Uber somewhere and be Uber back at no cost to me. I accepted, the customer service rep contacted Uber for me, later looking at my Uber account, I realized I had been charged almost $40 each direction instead of Audi covering the cost!!!! Had I known this, I would’ve just waited for my car to be done. Additionally, after returning to the dealership, I still waited almost 2 hours for the car to be finished. When inquiring about how much longer it would be, I kept being told all the mechanics were in a meeting. It would be “just a few more minutes”. However, everybody was very friendly, I just wish I wouldn’t have been charged the most $80 and waited almost 4 hours for an appointment that was supposed to be about an hour long. More
