From the inception of the deal, which I might add was predicated solely on price, Rizza went above and beyond. I called several dealerships and requested an OTD price on a 2014 Fusion Hybrid with only 1 predicated solely on price, Rizza went above and beyond. I called several dealerships and requested an OTD price on a 2014 Fusion Hybrid with only 1 option. One cannot believe the range of responses or prices I received from other dealerships. However, Rizza gave me the information I requested. Secondly, the negotiation process was efficiently handled over the phone by the internet sales department. Joe handled my first contact and got the ball rolling. When I told Joe I would call back in a few hours with my decision, he said he was off but he would make some notes for Miles . I immediately thought... "oh, here comes the 159th St. shuffle". Much to my amazement, When I called Miles he knew exactly where we were at in the deal and the process continued seamlessly culminating in a sale less than 24 hours later. I might add Miles had to call Gary at home to get final approval. Again, this was all handled efficiently over the phone and a couple of emails. Kudos to Rizza for realizing that the car buying process is evolving and need not be the long torturous ordeal some houses make it. Finally, upon arriving at Rizza to close the deal I was welcomed enthusiastically. With only one exception the staff was superb. In closing, Rizza respected my time, and they did what they said they would do... really what more could one ask for? As Tony Rizza said when we were discussing the deal "you're happy...we're happy". I have not purchased an American made vehicle in quite sometime. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with the sales staff at Rizza. WOW!! Where do I start? My experience at Joe Rizza Ford was absolutely wonderful, everyone was extremely friendly and polite. "Joe V." an "James" kept me involved through out the entire process, and worked was absolutely wonderful, everyone was extremely friendly and polite. When I walked in to the dealership I knew what I wanted but my credit and money down said something totally different lol, but these guy really pulled off the deal, with me being a little flexible they got me in a newer car then I was expecting and less miles. Normally buying a car is like pulling teeth, dreadful, painful and exhausting. But " James an Joe V. " really took great care of me. Michael was friendly, polite and very knowledgable and helpful in making my decision on which Fusion to purchase. I didnt end up with the hybrid/electric Fusion because of lack of trunk space but loved that whole 'green concept'. Both Michael and Scott Precin made a special effort to find the Fusion with everything i asked for without spending more for options i didnt want or need. I never felt pressured into buying the vehicle, felt i got a really fair price which included a rebate and 0% interest and was met with great salespeople i would recommend to anyone. Thanks to Michael for painstakenly taking the time to show me how everything worked on my car and for genuinely being so excited about the car himself.
