Can't say enough great things about Kelly Ford! Kelly Ford was hands down the best car buying/leasing experience we have ever had. We first met our sales person, Wes and he took care great care of us throughout our entire leasing process. He was incredible... friendly, professional, paid careful attention to every detail and meeting our needs. We leased the Ford Edge and we love it. Wes also sat with me in the Edge at the time of pick up and explained every feature too. Wes said if I had any questions going forward to contact him at any time, he would ALWAYS be happy to help. Brian and Tom were also VERY helpful to us regarding the "grounding" of my current car and lease. The process of terminating our prior lease (with a different auto company) was stressful for me and with the assistance they provided us, it put me at ease right away. They went the extra mile for us for sure. We also worked with John Celesk in finalizing our lease deal and Gary in finance. Both Gary and John were terrific too. More

You have a wonderful salesman on your hands and a true asset to the company. Everyone I spoke with was cordial, professional, and very pleasant. Gary and Abbey were great. Weston was beyond helpful throughout this process. I went to five different dealerships and I found this to be the best one. I felt at ease and by no means was pressured like I felt at other dealerships. This was my first brand new car and I could not be happier. I will use them in the future and I will of course recommend them. Thank you very much to the team at Kelly Ford Beverly. More

Second Purchase I had a 2012 Ford Fusion, purchased at Thomas Ford. I traded it for a 2015 Ford Fusion. I was impressed with the changes between the two model years I had a 2012 Ford Fusion, purchased at Thomas Ford. I traded it for a 2015 Ford Fusion. I was impressed with the changes between the two model years. The salesperson with whom I dealt was very helpful, polite and enthusiastic. I had no problems with my first Ford, so bying a second from the same dealer must tell you something - good. More

The Team is absolutely AMAZING, FRIENDLY, OUTGOING, and want to help you get a car that fits you right. I walked into Thomas Ford knowing what I wanted, color, style, and everything else both times I went there. Ambie sold me my first car, and I just needed to go back to get another car from them after my 1st car got totaled in a bad accident in November. Tony/Ambie sold me my second car. Tony did most of the work, but Ambie was the reason I came back. Gary is the financial guy and he really knows his stuff. Unlike other dealerships these people are not a pain in the xxx, and the import they give actually helps you the customer out. They tell you how it is. I would go back time and time again to keep buying cars from these guys. This is a Top-Notch dealership. More

Great experience at Thomas Ford I’d like to share a great experience I recently had with Thomas Ford in Beverly. I decided it was time to replace my eleven year old car with one of I’d like to share a great experience I recently had with Thomas Ford in Beverly. I decided it was time to replace my eleven year old car with one of those small crossover SUVs I’ve been seeing around town. I scoured the car review websites and learned that the 2014 Ford Escape was one of the top rated small SUVs. My search brought me to a few car dealers on the north shore. The cars I drove were all very nice and I think I would have been happy with any of them; however, walking into Thomas Ford gave me a feeling of genuine friendliness, sort of like what car dealers were like many years ago. I was greeted by Ambrose Orlando, who would become my sales consultant. Ambrose went over the finer points of the Escape and did so in a knowledgeable and enthusiastic manner. I did not feel pressured to make a decision that day, but, based on what I had learned on my own about the Escape and what Ambrose was telling me, I was ready for a test drive. It went well…a sporty, quick handling tight drive and enough power for me. I wasn’t quite ready to make that final decision, so during the week I test drove some other small SUV’s. It came down to two cars – the Escape and (ok, I’ll say it) the Honda CRV. Both great cars. With almost everything being equal in the performance of the cars I test drove, what sold me on the Escape was the extras in the interior like Sirius Radio and the Ford Sync technology. Also, the great customer service I received from Ambrose Orlando and Thomas Ford helped me to my final decision. I’d also like to give a thumbs up to Finance Manager, Gary Sbordone, who patiently guided me through all the paperwork needed to lease my new Escape. I’m confident I made a good decision in choosing Thomas Ford, and, best of all, I’m enjoying driving my new 2014 Escape . More

I have bought numerous vehicles in my lifetime and many of them have been with Thomas Ford. My recent purchase was the best ever. I had the pleasure of having Tony Lamonte as my salesman, he couldn't of be of them have been with Thomas Ford. My recent purchase was the best ever. I had the pleasure of having Tony Lamonte as my salesman, he couldn't of been more helpful, from his knowledge of all the vehicles on the lot to assisting me in getting the best deal. Tony is what I call a "regular guy", no high pressure and a pleasure to deal with. I also had the same experience dealing with Business Manager Gary Sbordone and office Manager Nancy Putnam. This was my first service visit for my 2013 Ford Focus, purchased new last year with excellent help and advice from Ambrose Orlando on the car itself and Gary Sbordone on the financing. The recent service purchased new last year with excellent help and advice from Ambrose Orlando on the car itself and Gary Sbordone on the financing. The recent service included an oil change, fluid checks, tire rotation, and repair of a tire with a slow leak. Kevin Sgro handled everything professionally, quickly, thoroughly, and in a very friendly manner too. Kevin, Ambrose, and Gary are the among the main reasons I have recommended Thomas Ford to at least a dozen people this past year alone. Kevin also saw to it that a small bolt from under the front fender that I lost (when I accidentally tapped the front of the vehicle) was replaced during my service visit. The car is GREAT ---- love driving it and it suits me perfectly. I'm also getting terrific gas mileage. Having the service done right at Thomas Ford gives me great confidence that I'm going to be driving this car for many years to come. Thomas Ford is what I would call a "downtown" business----not some sleek "auto mile" showroom that tries to make you feel like you're in the mezzanine of a Las Vegas hotel. They put their money in people and the products, not interior design. (That is not to say that I was in any way uncomfortable there------the waiting room, TV. complimentary coffee, reading materials are all fine............just not overly fancy.) It's a "real" dealership and service department, with honest, highly competent, friendly people who really know their products and do their best to match you with the right one. More
