Gary has been with Subaru of Gwinnett for 14 years as both a Sales Consultant and Sales Manager. He was honored in 2009 and 2011 with Subaru of Gwinnett Sales Person of the Year award. Gary has also been recognized by Subaru of America as a Subaru Summit Peak Performer. This title is given to only the top salesmen in the region, which he has received for every year he has been in sales! Prior to his time at Subaru of Gwinnett, Gary served our country as a member of the United States Navy. When Gary is not at work, he loves to spend time with his wife, Brittany, and daughter, Hailey. In his personal life Gary and his wife both own Subarus. He drives a 2012 Subaru Forester while his wife drives a 2015 Subaru Outback.

Everything from scheduling my appointment at 10pm online, to the first smiling face that greeted me in the service bay, to the service advisor and finally check out was exceptional. Waiting area was pleasant, clean, and stocked with refreshments. Service was quick and done properly, including a car wash before returning our car. Everything and everyone was first class. More

Impressed! Very Impressed with the sales/service of Subaru of Gwinnett. I inquired about an Subaru Imprezza through USAA website for my father. A concierge (not Very Impressed with the sales/service of Subaru of Gwinnett. I inquired about an Subaru Imprezza through USAA website for my father. A concierge (not sales rep) kindly emails me whether I have any questions or concerns. Most of my questions and concerns were answered through the concierge. Then, she forwarded me to sales rep (Gary Sikes) and finance guy (Mike Anderson). No pressure sales pitches just answering my questions. Later in the week, we setup an appointment and as soon as we get in at the showroom floor - we find out our sales rep is helping other customers - however, the rep was kind enough to forward us to another sales rep (Jim Heet) to assist us. Jim was just as courteous and good listener to our automotive needs. We took about an hour to figure out what we wanted. At the point, a concierge comes gives us insurance quote listings for all our cars (so we can save money). Then was forward to Mike Anderson (finance guy) to finalize the deal (took about one hour and 30 minutes). So lets see - we got a new car (Subaru XV Crosstrek) and insurance quote listings (which would probably take days to for us to research) within 2 1/2 hours. Thanks Subaru of Gwinnett for the courteous customer service. More

Found 2013 Hyundai Veloster at Subaru of Gwinnett (SoG) using Car.Com and USAA mobile car circle app. USAA referred me to SoG. Gary Sikes was Product Specialist. He provided an outstanding, friendly, honest, easy purchase experience. Came to SoG with USAA financing. Mike Anderson was Finance Manager. He also provided outstanding, friendly, honest, easy experience in completing all documents. SoG and these men are on my “A” list of “Go To” dealers and sales personnel when I next shop for a car. I did some internet research at Subaru of Gwinnett's website and a response from Jennifer was received. Further searching at their wbsite allowed me to select a n Outback Premium model for further stud website and a response from Jennifer was received. Further searching at their wbsite allowed me to select a n Outback Premium model for further study. After getting all the details I was offered an eprice from Alessa. Edmonds.com indicated it was close to what people were paying. Gary Sykes stepped up on the internet to arrange a test drive and offered drive out pricing over the internet as well as warranty options and financing. When my wife and I arrived for the test drive the Outback was parked out front ready to go and Trina pleasantly greeted us. After the test drive we spoke with Trina and made the purchase. From initial internet contact to test drive, to financing everything was professional and pleasant. What is more, Trina took the time to make my I phone hook up to the bluetooth system in the Outback. I cannot speak to the service department because the Outback but I imagine it is top notch. Not your typical car buying experience. No pressure, no haggling, no doubt. This was not only the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had (And I have many close friends that own dealerships wh haggling, no doubt. This was not only the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had (And I have many close friends that own dealerships whom I have bought cars from), but probably the best consumer experience I have had buying anything . . . ever. They did what I asked. They did what they said they would do. Marvelous! Love the staff. Love the dealership. Love the Subaru CrossTrek. Subaru Gwinnett - you're doing it right! Keep it up! More
