Salseman, Gary Smith He was very helpful in selecting the car we were looking for. We felt we got a great deal until we set down and went over what we bought. They tricked He was very helpful in selecting the car we were looking for. We felt we got a great deal until we set down and went over what we bought. They tricked us into buying A 5 year warrant service which was thrower into the payments. After getting home and seeing how much the real cost was. They had in contract that we could not cancell.the$4400.00 charge. To me that is not right. After all the excitement you see that you made a mistake and really did't understand the next morning you find the real cost and am locked in, to me that is a rip off. Something should be done to correct that. Other than that it is a great place to buy a car. More

Best new car sale customer service yet! I recently purchased a new car from this dealership and I have to say that it was the best customer service and sakes process yet. I worked with Gary I recently purchased a new car from this dealership and I have to say that it was the best customer service and sakes process yet. I worked with Gary Smith who was knowledgeable about the car and sales process. he was quick to follow up on any outstanding items or questions. This dealership doesn’t tack on ridiculous dealer fees and stupid car add-one. They were transparent with the cost upfront and nothing changes during the process. It’s rare these days to say you had a great experience buying a new car but I can definitely say that I did. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for your new Honda car purchase! More

Great people, great service! War Eagle! You got that right! Tot Ingram, my service advisor, is awesome! He is very honest, and with a great sense of humor. He makes the experience something to look forward to, rather than dread(even when your spending money:-) Being a Honda family, I feel my family will be taken care of by Tot. Even if I bought a different brand of automobile, I'd still feel strongly that I'd want to bring it to Tot and Milton Martin Honda. On one special occasion when Tot wasn't there, Matt McKinley helped me and also did an excellent job taking care of my car and family. I have purchased 3 Hondas from Adam Saviers at Milton Martin Honda. He takes great care in making sure I buy the right car at a good price. He found 1 of the last remaining new 2013 Odysseys in the color we wanted that was located in S.C. Not only did we get a great deal but Adam arranged to travel, pick it up, and deliver it to us at their charge. So, needless to say, Adam and Milton Martin Honda went above and beyond to satisfy us for the present and certainly for the future. Well done, Tot, Adam, and Milton Martin Honda.
