My husband and I went to this dealership to purchase a 2023 Chevy Colorado truck. We had already setup an appointment ahead of time with Gary Summers. Upon our arrival, Gary greeted us and went over th 2023 Chevy Colorado truck. We had already setup an appointment ahead of time with Gary Summers. Upon our arrival, Gary greeted us and went over the details of the vehicle we were interested in. He then took us outside to test drive a similar vehicle (since the vehicle we wanted was on the display floor). Before we even started the test drive, Gary went over everything in the vehicle, taking his time and explaining everything fully. We then went on a short test drive and even then, Gary was going over everything in the vehicle. He was so knowledgeable and had a great disposition. He couldn't have been nicer. He also kept asking if we had any questions. After the test drive we went back inside the dealership and sat with Gary in his cubicle. There he went over everything with pricing and let us know what we would get for our trade-in. My husband wasn't happy with the price we got for the trade-in so Gary went back to the finance guy and fought to get more money for our trade-in and he did get us more. He also gave us the cover for the bed of the truck for $1. We were thrilled with how much he fought for us. He did a great job. Then after we were done with Gary, we went in to sit with Ryan Sitter to discuss the financing of our vehicle. Upon entering his office, Ryan greeted us with a very cheerful "hello" and a handshake. He was so warm and welcoming. Ryan went over everything with us and offered us a package deal including 7 years of oil changes as well as maintenance to our vehicle. He said that he valued our time and wanted to go over everything and get us on our way. That really meant alot that a dealership really values their customers as well as their customers time. My husband and I have both bought many cars over the years but have never had such wonderful dealings with a car dealership before. We highly recommend Advantage Chevrolet and we will be telling all of our friends and family to shop there if they are interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
