Paolo is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely makes you feel like you’re being taken care of—not just making a sale. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The fact that I came back and bought a second car from him says a lot about the trust and confidence I have in his customer service. You dealership is ridiculous , you sold me used toyota you mentioned its “ bravo certified “ but after the sale I have learned that the vehicle wasn’t certified. Rear breaks were worn out I need to buy new rotors and pads . You wanted to charge me extra $2000 for some bull s extended warrenty . I will never buy my next vehicle at your place . Horrible costumer svc . I need to come back so many times to get my cash back and for the door keyless entry to be fix . I will warn people not to go to Advance Chevrolet to buy any car . More
