Steve spends time with the finance again helps you to understand the payments and try to get you the best interest rate out there. I believe this dealership was great. Right when I walked in a sales person came to us and helped us immediately. Over the years, I have hated going to a dealership to even just look at cars. I'm not there 5 seconds and someone is coming to bother me. When my friend and I went to Hirlinger, there was no pressure whatsoever. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Chevy Cruze. Gary Trabel, and the other employees I came in contact with, was very friendly, very helpful, and made the whole experience very pleasant and pleasing.
