Stuck with questions My car was serviced for a reason given by a diagnostic scan. I was not explained anything about this issue or how it affects my car. Nobody took the time to talk to me or ask if I had questions, maybe because I'm just supposed to be a nieve female. When I went to pick it up and pay I was rushed and didn't get to ask questions before my service tech was already gone back out the door to the next customer. I wasn't satisfied with the service as I still don't know if that was the true or only issue with my car. I can't even tell you if it's fixed. It still drives the same. More

3 hour oil change Had an appointment, and was there for 3 hours and they estimated an hour to 1.5 hours. I arrived on time, and wasn’t greeted for almost 30 minutes, I Had an appointment, and was there for 3 hours and they estimated an hour to 1.5 hours. Have had a great experience with Gary Vogt in service and have no qualms when my car is there for service. I have a 2014 Chevrolet Suburban with 44k on it and it looks and drives like brand new. Follow the recommended service guide and your Chevrolet will last a long time plus the repairs are guaranteed at a dealership. More

Then sent me a text meesage notifying my car was ready. The repaired were completed on time. Gary reviewed my repairs one more time then reviewed the recommended services that would be coming due.
