Poor customer service According to staff the warranty expired in 5/29/18. Only 24k miles on truck. If that's the best chevy can do to help it will be the last one I own. Vehicle maintenance I have used this location purely out of convenience in the past but I am strongly considering going back to Regal despite the drive time. The cashiers I have used this location purely out of convenience in the past but I am strongly considering going back to Regal despite the drive time. The cashiers aren't so friendly and my interactions with them have always been stale and uninviting. When dropping off it's easily a 10min wait. I have had to wait 15-20 on many occasions. I am a patient person so typically this doesn't bother me. What bothers me is that when I'm dropping off The Advisors are nice, they great you, and make you sign and go on about their day but when you come to collect your vehicle they are usually busy with someone else so there is no recap or recommendations based on multi inspection. I'm not even sure the mechanic checks anything because I have only received paperwork showing specs once in the year plus I have gone to this location. Pricing is expensive but most consumers go to the dealer for piece of mind and quality of service...after repeated visits I can't say the service has gotten any better. More

Oil change service I gave a 3 rating for 3 reasons. I was there for a simple oil change, quoted an hour. My car didn’t go on the lift until the 1 hour mark... I had jus I gave a 3 rating for 3 reasons. I was there for a simple oil change, quoted an hour. My car didn’t go on the lift until the 1 hour mark... I had just gotten it washed and waxed, the technicians left handprints all over the front edge of the hood and driver’s door. This may seem picky but I expect a little more attention to detail...which leads to the 3rd reason. When the service was all said and done I was told it took longer because the wrong oil was put in by mistake so they had to drain it and replace it with Mobile 1, which is what I was asked at the beginning if that’s what I wanted. All in all, little disappointed this time around. Note- Did not get any names from the service Dept, I have to select atleast one to submit the review. More
