On Saturday, I was a walk in to discuss my lease turn in and what my next car options looked like. We made a decision and a plan for me to return on Monday evening to finalize and sign all the finance paperwork. Gates texted me a little after 5 and told me everything was ready. I arrived at about 5:45 and gates had all of his paperwork ready. We immediately signed that and he handed it over. I then had to wait OVER TWO HOURS to sign the paperwork with the finance guy.
