Gavin was professional and provided timely communication throughout the buying process. Ken Ganley Ford management employ dishonest tactics that are questionable. The Finance Manager required my SSN eventho throughout the buying process. Ken Ganley Ford management employ dishonest tactics that are questionable. The Finance Manager required my SSN eventhough I had approved financing and a check from my credit union. The FM bullied me into giving my SSN or he would not approve the purchase. I drove 5 1/2 hours from MD to OH to make this puchase and conveyed the day before I arrived the I was not providing my SSN and was not interested in other financing options from the dealership. After filling out the credit union check and giving it to the FM he demanded SSN sighting the Patriot Act requires I give SSN. I contacted a lawyer friend who did some quick search and told me the dealership does need my SSN unless I am seeking financing through the dealership, stating attorneys from both the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) and the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA), say that the Patriot Act does not require dealers to run a credit report on customers who pay cash or are not seeking financing through the dealership. He advised me to walk away or if I wanted to make the purchase give my SSN and clearly state I do not approve or give Ken Ganley Ford authorization to pull or run my credit. Ken Ganley Ford agreed they would not run or pull my credit. That's what did. I will monitor my credit to see if Ken Ganley Ford ran my credit and file a complaint with the appropriate authorities. I will file a general complaint with the BBB and other agencies hoping Ken Ganley Ford stops this dishonest practice. More

2 days ago NEW I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car, and I must say that the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transpare purchasing a car, and I must say that the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and truly satisfying. I live in Cleveland which is about an hour away but worth the experience. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership without hesitation. Be sure to ask for Austin or Gavin. These guys are not your average car salesman. They are friendly, funny, and strive for excellence. You can tell that they enjoy their job. Do not overlook this dealership. It's worth the hour drive! More

I basically bought my e-transit phone over the phone and flew to Ohio to drive it back to Denver. Then the finance manager tells me he found a 3.9% rate on my loan and it comes with a 10yr100000 bumper to bumper warranty !my original rate was5.9%,and they gave me a great price on the van! That’s the first time I bought a vehicle and didn’t feel like anyone was trying to screw me at any point in this deal ,just a great experience!thanks ! More
