This is twice now that I tried for two weeks to get ahold of Gavin in service with no return call. I did speak with the service manager and he did change me to a new service advisor. I want to say Gavin in s of Gavin in service with no return call. I did speak with the service manager and he did change me to a new service advisor. I want to say Gavin in service has the absolute worst customer service skills I have every dealt with. I called him twice a day for two weeks to discuss what needed to be done and after my second call on the day of the service he sent me a text asking what I needed. I did text back letting him know I needed him to call me which he still did not do. More

I have an older Ford vehicle and was worried I either would not be able to find a mechanic that would work on it or the repairs needed would be overly expensive. Skyline charged a low price for the diag would not be able to find a mechanic that would work on it or the repairs needed would be overly expensive. Skyline charged a low price for the diagnostic and completed the repairs quickly and at a fair price. I would highly recommend Skyline Ford Service Department to anyone with a Ford in the Salem area.
