My rear defogger wire detached from window. They replace the window versus reattaching the cord. This was done under warranty. They got it done quickly and did a good job. 2 weeks, 2 trips to repair TPMS. Your staff forgot they had picked up the car to fix it again. If I hadn't driven over to check on it, after I didn't get a call back, they wouldn't h Your staff forgot they had picked up the car to fix it again.
